You submit this form. We review your requirements, identify open questions, and schedule a brief follow-up call to confirm scope. Output: scoped requirement brief.

Feasibility & Carrier Assessment
We assess route feasibility, commodity compliance considerations, regulatory and permitting requirements, and available carrier profiles. Output: preliminary feasibility summary.

Days 7–14
Carrier Sourcing & Introduction
Qualified carriers are identified and introduced. Cygnus Horizon facilitates initial contact, supports scoping conversations, and ensures the right fit before any commercial discussion begins.

Ongoing
Commercial Framework
You and the carrier negotiate and execute directly. Cygnus Horizon remains available in an advisory capacity as defined in your services framework agreement.
Our role: Advisory, consulting, and carrier introduction only. All carriage agreements are executed directly between the shipper and the carrier. Timelines above are targets and may vary based on requirement complexity, regulatory lead times, and carrier availability.
